Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Gate2Enter website or placing any order. By accessing or using our website, browsing any product, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this website.
1. COMPANY INFORMATION AND INTERPRETATION
Gate2Enter operates as an online digital marketplace offering digital memberships, prepaid cards, top-up services, software licences, and related digital goods. All products sold through the website are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped at any time.
For the purposes of these Terms:
“Website” refers to the Gate2Enter website and all associated pages.
“Customer” or “User” refers to any individual accessing the website or placing a purchase.
“Digital Product” refers to any electronically delivered good available on the website, including but not limited to membership access, prepaid codes, gift cards, activation keys, top-up services, and software licences.
“Membership” refers to time-based digital access to a third-party platform provided via credentials or account access.
“We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to Gate2Enter.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the website. Where a conflict arises between these Terms and information displayed elsewhere on the website, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTANCE
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your country of residence.
If you are accessing the website on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Your continued use of the website following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Gate2Enter recommends reviewing these Terms periodically.
If you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out above, you must not use this website or place any order.
3. NATURE OF PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY
All products sold by Gate2Enter are digital in nature and are delivered electronically. Delivery is completed via confirmation email and/or through the order details section of your customer account on the website. No physical item will be shipped.
Delivery timeframes displayed on product pages are estimates. While we aim to process and deliver all orders promptly, delivery times may vary depending on the product type, order volume, and any technical or operational factors. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and do not constitute a guarantee.
For products requiring manual processing or third-party activation, additional time may be required beyond the displayed estimate. If your order has not been delivered within the stated timeframe, contact our support team before taking any further action.
Gate2Enter is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect information provided at checkout, including incorrect email addresses, account identifiers, or other required details.
4. ACCOUNT AND USER CONDUCT
Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility.
You agree not to:
— Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information during checkout or account creation.
— Attempt to purchase products for the purpose of resale without prior written authorisation from Gate2Enter.
— Initiate unjustified payment reversals, chargebacks, or disputes without first contacting our support team.
— Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the website, its servers, or its networks.
— Upload, transmit, or introduce any malicious software, scripts, or harmful code to the website.
— Scrape, extract, or harvest data from the website using automated means.
— Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity in connection with the website or any purchase.
— Attempt to access areas of the website or systems that you are not authorised to access.
Gate2Enter reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to the website for any user found to be in breach of these Terms, engaging in abusive behaviour, or causing harm to the business or other users.
5. MEMBERSHIP PRODUCTS
Certain products on Gate2Enter provide digital membership access to third-party streaming, software, or service platforms. The features, permissions, and duration of each membership vary depending on the product selected. All relevant details are set out on the respective product page.
Upon delivery, customers are provided with access credentials or activation details valid for the purchased period. The following conditions apply to all membership products:
Customers must not modify login credentials associated with the membership account, including passwords, linked email addresses, security questions, recovery options, or two-factor authentication settings, unless explicitly authorised to do so in the product description.
Customers must not change subscription plan settings, billing information, or any account preferences that could affect the membership for other users sharing the access.
Membership access is provided for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of access credentials beyond the scope described in the product listing is strictly prohibited.
Breach of any of the above conditions voids all eligibility for after-sales support, replacement, or any form of remedy. Gate2Enter will not be held responsible for access issues arising from customer modification of membership settings.
6. PREPAID CARDS AND GIFT CODES
All prepaid cards and digital gift codes are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once delivered, regardless of whether the code has been redeemed. Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct product, region, currency, denomination, and platform prior to completing a purchase.
The following conditions apply to all prepaid card and gift code products:
Codes are single-use. Once a code has been redeemed against an account, it is considered used and cannot be replaced or refunded under any circumstances.
Region restrictions apply to the majority of prepaid cards and gift codes. A card issued for one region may not be redeemable in another. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify regional compatibility before purchase. Incorrect region selection is not eligible for resolution.
Gate2Enter is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect product selection, regional incompatibility, or account-side restrictions that prevent redemption.
Codes must be stored securely upon receipt. Gate2Enter is not responsible for codes that are lost, shared with third parties, or compromised after delivery.
7. TOP-UP AND RECHARGE SERVICES
For top-up and recharge products, customers must provide a valid, accurate, and correctly formatted account identifier at checkout. Depending on the product, this may include a Player ID, UID, username, in-game ID, or other required identifier as specified on the product page.
The following conditions apply to all top-up and recharge orders:
Gate2Enter is not responsible for a top-up delivered to an incorrect account as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by the customer.
Top-ups are processed once payment is confirmed. Once processing has commenced, the transaction cannot be reversed or cancelled.
Customers must ensure that the account receiving the top-up is active, in good standing, and eligible to receive the top-up at the time of purchase. Gate2Enter is not responsible for top-ups that cannot be applied due to account restrictions, bans, or eligibility issues on the customer’s side.
If a top-up has not been received within the stated delivery timeframe, contact our support team with your order number and account identifier for investigation.
8. SOFTWARE KEYS AND LICENCE CODES
Software activation keys and licence codes are considered delivered and non-refundable once they have been revealed, displayed, or accessed by the customer, regardless of whether the key has been used or activated.
Customers must verify system compatibility, operating system requirements, platform restrictions, and regional limitations listed on the product page before completing a purchase. Gate2Enter is not responsible for keys that cannot be activated due to device incompatibility, unsupported systems, or the customer’s failure to review product requirements.
Certain software keys carry usage limits, such as a maximum number of activations or a restriction to a specific number of devices. These limits are stated on the product page. Exceeding the permitted activation count may render the key inactive and is not eligible for replacement.
Keys are non-transferable and are tied to the account or device on which they are first activated.
9. PRICING AND PAYMENTS
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Gate2Enter reserves the right to amend pricing at any time. Prices shown at the time of checkout will apply to that specific order.
Full payment must be successfully received and confirmed before any digital product is processed or delivered.
Gate2Enter accepts payment via the methods displayed at checkout, which may include bank transfer, cryptocurrency, and store credit. Accepted payment methods may vary and are subject to change.
Gate2Enter reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where fraud, abuse, or unauthorised activity is suspected. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded via the original payment method where applicable.
All prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout. Currency conversion, where applicable, is processed automatically. Gate2Enter is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or additional charges applied by the customer’s bank or payment provider.
10. CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENTS
Gate2Enter accepts cryptocurrency payments via the methods displayed at checkout. The following conditions apply to all cryptocurrency transactions:
Customers must send the exact required amount to the wallet address provided. Transactions that do not meet the required amount, including those that fall short after network fees are deducted, may not be processed.
The correct blockchain network must be selected before sending any payment. Transactions sent on an incorrect network cannot be recovered. Gate2Enter is not responsible for funds lost as a result of sending to an incorrect address or on an incompatible network.
Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible once broadcast to the blockchain. Orders will only be processed after the required number of blockchain confirmations have been received.
In the event of significant cryptocurrency price fluctuation between the time of order placement and payment confirmation, Gate2Enter reserves the right to request a revised payment to reflect the correct order value.
11. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital and electronically delivered nature of all products, refunds are subject to investigation and are not automatically issued. In most cases where a valid issue is confirmed, Gate2Enter will first attempt to resolve it through re-delivery or replacement before a refund is considered.
Circumstances where a resolution may be approved
A refund, replacement, or other remedy may be approved in the following verified circumstances:
— The order was not delivered within the stated delivery timeframe and the issue was not resolved through support.
— The product had not yet started processing at the time the request was raised.
— The wrong product was issued due to a verified internal error on our part.
— A restriction or limitation existed but was not disclosed on the product page at the time of purchase.
— A duplicate payment occurred as a result of a confirmed technical or processing error.
— The product was proven to be invalid or non-functional at the time of delivery, following internal verification.
— The order was cancelled before processing and delivery had commenced.
— A code or key was delivered in a damaged or incomplete state that prevented redemption.
— Delivery was sent to an incorrect destination due to a verified error on our side.
All requests are subject to investigation and verification before any remedy is approved. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund or replacement.
Circumstances where a refund will not be issued
Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following circumstances:
— The product has already been delivered, activated, redeemed, or accessed.
— An incorrect region, platform, currency, denomination, duration, or product type was selected at checkout.
— The customer did not review the product description, requirements, or compatibility information before purchase.
— Device incompatibility, account restrictions, or system limitations on the customer’s side prevent usage.
— Incorrect information was submitted during checkout, including email address, account ID, username, or wallet address.
— Login credentials, account security settings, or membership configurations were modified after delivery without our authorisation.
— A payment dispute or chargeback was initiated without first contacting support and allowing a reasonable timeframe for resolution.
— Cryptocurrency was sent to an incorrect wallet address, incorrect blockchain network, or incompatible token contract.
— The customer changed their mind after purchase or no longer requires the product.
— Partial usage occurred — where the product was accessed for a period before the issue was reported.
— A promotional code or discount offer was misunderstood or applied incorrectly by the customer.
— The issue is the result of a third-party platform policy change, account suspension, or enforcement action outside our control.
— The product is listed as final sale or non-refundable on the product page.
Remedy options
Where a valid issue is confirmed, Gate2Enter reserves the right to determine the most appropriate remedy. This may include re-delivery of the original product or an equivalent replacement, issuance of store credit, or a partial or full refund to the original payment method where technically possible. The remedy will be determined based on the nature of the issue, the product type, and the outcome of our investigation.
How to submit a request
To submit a refund or resolution request, contact our support team via the contact form on the website. Include your order number, the product name, and a clear description of the issue. Supporting evidence such as screenshots or error messages should be included where relevant. Allow up to 3 business days for an initial response. Requests submitted without sufficient detail may be delayed pending additional information.
12. BUYER PROTECTION AND AFTER-SALES SUPPORT
Gate2Enter provides buyer protection on eligible orders and after-sales support on eligible membership and subscription products. Our commitment is to stand behind every order we fulfil and to assist you throughout the active period of your product where applicable.
Buyer protection covers the following:
— If a delivered product is found to be non-functional or invalid at the time of delivery, we will investigate and provide a replacement or remedy.
— If access credentials are not functioning at the time of delivery through no fault of the customer, we will investigate and resolve the issue.
— If a confirmed internal error results in incorrect product delivery, we will correct the order at no additional cost.
— If a duplicate charge is confirmed due to a processing error, it will be resolved promptly.
After-sales support for eligible subscription and membership products covers access issues arising during the active purchased period that are not caused by customer-side modification, and credential or activation issues reported promptly after delivery. We prioritise support for every customer and will always work to assist you to the best of our ability.
Buyer protection and after-sales support do not apply in the following circumstances:
— Login credentials, passwords, or account security settings have been modified after delivery.
— Membership settings or account preferences have been changed without our authorisation.
— The product has been misused, redistributed, or shared beyond the permitted scope.
— The issue is the result of a third-party platform enforcement action, account suspension, or policy change.
— Incorrect information was provided during checkout.
— The reported issue falls outside the active purchased period.
— The product was accessed and used before the issue was reported.
Gate2Enter reserves the right to determine eligibility for buyer protection and after-sales support based on investigation and available evidence. All determinations are final.
13. CHARGEBACKS AND FRAUD
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after a product has been successfully delivered constitutes a breach of these Terms. Customers are required to contact Gate2Enter support before initiating any chargeback or dispute with their payment provider.
In most cases, issues can be resolved through our support process faster than through a formal dispute. Where a chargeback is initiated on a legitimately fulfilled order, Gate2Enter reserves the right to:
— Suspend or permanently ban the associated customer account.
— Provide full transaction records, delivery evidence, and communication history to the relevant payment provider.
— Pursue recovery of associated losses, fees, or damages incurred as a result of the chargeback.
Submitting false or misleading information in connection with a chargeback or fraud claim may be treated as fraudulent activity and handled accordingly.
14. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be cancelled once delivery has been initiated or completed. Cancellation requests will only be considered where the order has not yet been processed and no delivery has taken place. To request a cancellation, contact support immediately after placing the order. Gate2Enter cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be fulfilled once an order is in progress.
15. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
Gate2Enter does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free access to the website at all times. The website may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical updates, or factors outside our control. Gate2Enter shall not be liable for any losses or inconvenience arising from temporary downtime or service interruptions.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, branding, design, layout, and original written material are the property of Gate2Enter and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any part of the website’s content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
All third-party trademarks, brand names, and logos displayed on the website remain the property of their respective owners. Gate2Enter is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with any third-party platform or brand unless explicitly stated.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Gate2Enter acts as a reseller of digital products and is not the original manufacturer, licensor, or platform provider of the products listed on the website. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
— Gate2Enter shall not be responsible for third-party platform suspensions, service terminations, policy changes, or any actions taken by external providers that affect a product after delivery.
— Gate2Enter shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access to other services, or financial losses arising from the use or inability to use a purchased product.
— Gate2Enter’s total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability in cases of fraud, wilful misconduct, or where limitation is not permitted by law.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
By using this website, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gate2Enter, its operators, and any associated parties from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your misuse of any product, breach of these Terms, submission of false information, or any unlawful activity conducted through the website.
19. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius. Any dispute, claim, or matter arising from or related to these Terms or the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
20. AMENDMENTS
Gate2Enter reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the website following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
