Order Cancellation & Refund Eligibility


  • Orders must be canceled before delivery to be eligible for a refund.
  • Once the product is delivered as described, no refund will be provided unless stated otherwise.


Refund Policy for Digital Keys & Licenses


  • No refunds will be issued for digital keys unless they are proven to be non-functional.


Refunds will only be granted if the key:

  • Is invalid or does not work.
  • Has a region lock preventing activation, that was not mention on the order page or description.
  • Cannot be activated due to platform restrictions.
  • Refunds will NOT be provided for cases where the wrong region or platform was selected by the customer. Please ensure you purchase the correct product.


Subscription-Based Products


  • We offer a warranty for the entire subscription period free of charge.
  • If you encounter any issues, contact our support or help desk for assistance.


General Refund Policy


  • Any refund request made after 7 days of purchase will be automatically rejected.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
