Order Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
- Orders must be canceled before delivery to be eligible for a refund.
- Once the product is delivered as described, no refund will be provided unless stated otherwise.
Refund Policy for Digital Keys & Licenses
- No refunds will be issued for digital keys unless they are proven to be non-functional.
Refunds will only be granted if the key:
- Is invalid or does not work.
- Has a region lock preventing activation, that was not mention on the order page or description.
- Cannot be activated due to platform restrictions.
- Refunds will NOT be provided for cases where the wrong region or platform was selected by the customer. Please ensure you purchase the correct product.
Subscription-Based Products
- We offer a warranty for the entire subscription period free of charge.
- If you encounter any issues, contact our support or help desk for assistance.
General Refund Policy
- Any refund request made after 7 days of purchase will be automatically rejected.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
